1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age, have a genuine audience, and promote to US-targeted audiences in compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Enrollment & approval

Apply via the partner form. On approval you receive a unique discount code and referral link. Codes and links are non-transferable. We may suspend or remove partners who violate these terms.

3. Commissions

Partners earn 20% on a referred customer's first order and 10% on all subsequent reorders, for the lifetime of that customer (uncapped). Top-tier partners referring more than $4,000/month earn 25% / 12%. Each partner code gives the customer 15% off. Commission is calculated on product subtotal only (excluding shipping, tax, and discounts). Store credit, gift cards, and free samples are not commissionable.

4. Tracking & attribution

Sales are attributed by your unique code at checkout and by your referral link using a 45-day cookie. Your code does not expire. If both a code and a link are present, the code controls attribution. The affiliate platform's reporting is the system of record.

5. Payments

Commissions are paid monthly, approximately Net-15 after month-end and after the refund window has passed. A $50 minimum applies (balances below it roll over). Payment is by PayPal, crypto, or store credit at 1.25× value. Commissions are reversed on refund, chargeback, or fraud. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.

6. Content & promotion rules

All products are FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. Your content must maintain that framing at all times. Compliance with these rules is a condition of payment.

• Highlight product selection, US fulfillment, 24-hour shipping, packaging, and customer service.
• Share your honest experience with the product and ordering process.
• State "for research use only" and include your discount code.

• Make any medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, anti-aging, or performance claim.
• Show or describe human or animal use, dosing, injection, or "how to take" it.
• Name diseases or conditions, or promise results.
• Imply the products are a drug or dietary supplement.
• Use before/after imagery or any health-outcome testimonial.

No spam, no bidding on our trademarks in paid search, and no distribution through coupon-aggregator or cashback sites.

7. FTC disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the paid/affiliate relationship in every post that promotes Greatest Peptides. A visible "#ad" or "affiliate" label is required — it must not be buried or hidden.

8. Prohibited conduct

No self-referral for commission, fraud, fake traffic, or cookie stuffing. No bidding on brand terms in paid search. No impersonation of Greatest Peptides or unauthorized statements on our behalf.

9. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to violations, fraud, or chargebacks. Valid earned commissions above the minimum are paid on the normal schedule.

10. Changes, disclaimers & liability

We may update these terms or commission rates with notice. The program is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE].
