Products & Quality

What is the purity of your peptides? Every product is 99% or higher purity, validated by HPLC and mass spectrometry from independent third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order.

Are your products tested by a third-party lab? Yes. Each batch is sent to an accredited third-party analytical laboratory for identity, purity, and concentration testing. The COA accompanies the shipment.

What form do your peptides ship in? All peptides ship as a sterile, lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in tamper-evident vials.

Do I have to refrigerate them on arrival? Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and short-term storage. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended per the label instructions.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and others) via our integrated processor. Other payment options may be added over time.

Do you accept credit cards? Not at this time.

Is my information secure? Yes. Payment is processed through a third-party crypto processor; we never store payment credentials on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel any order before it ships by emailing info@greatestpeptides.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping then takes 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is generated.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We ship only to addresses within the fifty United States.

Is the packaging discreet? Yes. Outer packaging is plain and unmarked.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an unopened vial? Generally no — research-grade biochemicals are non-returnable once delivered. Damaged-in-transit, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders are eligible. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.

What if my package arrives damaged? Contact info@greatestpeptides.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging and contents.

Can I use these for personal use? No. All products are sold for laboratory and in-vitro research only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption. See our Research Use Only Disclaimer.

Do I need a prescription? No prescription is required, requested, or accepted. Greatest Peptides is not a pharmacy and does not provide prescriptions or medical advice.

How old do I have to be? You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Greatest Peptides.

Do I need an account to order? You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, store shipping addresses, and download COAs from your dashboard.
