Because Greatest Peptides products are research-grade biochemicals whose stability depends on uninterrupted handling, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-sensitive products. The following policy describes when refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued.
1. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only when:
- The product arrives damaged in transit, or
- The product was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong SKU, dose, or quantity shipped), or
- The product is defective or fails the published purity specification confirmed by an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis.
In each case, the customer must contact info@greatestpeptides.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier and provide order number, photographs of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Opened or unsealed vials.
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging or refrigeration recommendations.
- Products purchased more than seven (7) days prior to the return request.
- Custom orders, bulk orders, or items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Cryptocurrency network fees and payment processing fees.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Cryptocurrency refunds are returned in the same currency originally received and at the network rate at the time the refund is processed; market fluctuations between purchase and refund are not the responsibility of Greatest Peptides. Refunds are typically processed within five to ten (5–10) business days after the returned product is received and inspected, or after a damage / fulfillment claim is approved if no return is required.
4. Replacements and Store Credit
For approved damage or fulfillment errors, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement shipment or store credit in lieu of a refund. Replacement shipments are sent at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by emailing info@greatestpeptides.com with the order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to this Return Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Greatest Peptides voids any refund right under this Policy. We will dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks in full and may suspend the associated account.
